I completed the survey, however I wasn’t sent a $50 Amazon.com Gift Card mentioned in the email.

The survey itself does not state third party vendors are excluded from participating.
In fact both the email and the survey are very clear about answering a few or six survey questions and receiving a $50 Amazon gift card via email.
Neither require an appointment to receive a $50 Amazon gift card via email.
Since I completed the survey in good faith and our Co. is not a partner of or third party vendor for Kazzcade, AWS, Azure, or Google, I would expect to receive the $50 Amazon gift card via email.
Please escalate my request to your management team for review and comment.
