my new GE washer died , GE washer less than 10 months old – my wife going crazy as she like to keep everything clean and bright…
I started calling/messaging for help to GE Appliences Warranty/repairs – good few times by phone and via facebook messaging
after back and forth I got connected to the very pleasant Beatriz Loaiza Consumer Relations Manager from Office of the President – GE Appliances…
She understood my problem and I got feeling of Normal human talking to other Normal with human empathy no scripted reply… Human touch… I felt and get treated like valued, respected GE customer – right away as she started working to get resolution/solution to my problem – to get me working washer… (as I try to keep my wife happy )

我的GE洗碗机不到10个月就坏了,这让我爱整洁和干净的妻子急疯了。我开始打电话及通过facebook消息给GE售后部门需求帮助。来来回回好多次后,我联系上了GE Appliances董事长办公室的客户关系经理Beatriz Loaiza。
她很快明白了我的问题,这次我才感觉到我在跟一位富有人情味和同情心的职员在沟通,她从不照本宣科。她让我感受到了自己对于GE公司来说是非常有价值且值得尊敬的客户。她马上提出了解决我售后问题的方案,让我的洗碗机能继续正常工作了。这让我妻子也非常开心。
